    This sounds like a guide for living. The meaning of life upon which your rules are based must have some degree of enlightenment. Enlighten us to the essence of it all.

      The 'essence' of it all, is that there is a hidden part of the Universe which is all around you (and within you), if you know how and where to look.
      We are part of this Universe, which we hardly understand. These are the guidelines which are provided.
