Oh no worries, i go back to it quite often to re-read and follow that info. I'm currently away from my usual 'comfort zone' at this point in time, so it is actually helping me gain some more insight about 'myself' and notice the natural ways of life again. I always have, but as I had told you previously, I was at a blocking point. It seems the walls are coming down a bit. It took more time, but i don't mind that. All in all, that was extremely useful information, that's actually benefiting me with some results that i can feel.
Great. There also needs to be a balance between concentration meditation, insight meditation and loving-kindness meditaion. If I meditate for 40 minutes, I do 10 minutes of concentration, 10 minutes of loving-kindness and the rest insight meditation.
Loving-kindness meditation is very very important and allows you to feel at one with every being and the environment. Good luck

He has described it as repeating love in your mind and focus on a positive energy or thought and hold it while repeating love. Not sure how accurate that is, because they have some far-out beliefs.
