chances are that you're more of a man than those bad boys that all the immature ladies are after. you're probably self-sacrificing and let people walk on you a bit, and should learn to take care of yourself. i'd rather be born a doormat and learn to take up for myself when it really matters, than to just be a dick all the time and have to learn to be humble. just wait, you'll find a girl that's grown up enough to appreciate you and is tired of being abused. chances are the girls that choose bad boys aren't worth your trouble, and probably have a lot of psychological issues that aren't going to work themselves out without plenty of hard lessons...
You basically just described the girl I was chasing for almost 10 months. It was only after I walked away from her did I realize she treated me like shit and took advantage of me being the "best friend". Not trying to sound arrogant or egotistical, but definitely her loss. If she wants to get used and abused instead of being treated with respect and kindness that's her problem.
