Is it normal that my x-rays make me cry?

I have scoliosis (curves spine) almost bad enough to where i could require surgery. the last time i had a checkup and saw my xrays it made me cry cuz i never realized how bad it was. ive noticed lately that i have a hunchback on my right side like the hunchback of notre dame. i also have to where a brace that ive had for 2 years now and only wear it at night cuz it makes me feel very uncomfortable inside. it was curved in an s shape at an angle a little more that a parenthesis ( is it normal that it made me cry?

    When I got my first spinal X-ray a few months ago, I was a bit surprised. The uppermost area was more curved then I had imagined. It was almost snake like. It intrigued me, bit also disturbed me... If I got a new X-ray, I'm guessing that it would have really changed by now.

    Oh I know how you feel. I've been there. If you do have surgery, it does help a lot. Be strong and it will all get better.

    I am so sorry for you, but many with surgery lead normal lives, just hang in there and work to develop good friends to confide in. Many would love to be there for you to lean on!

    Aww, I'm sorry. The X-rays always look worse than how it looks from the outside, though. And everyone has a curved spine to some extent. But yeah, I think it'd upset a lot of people.
