NOT Normal, but it does happen. Maybe you are the only guy your wife trusts with her sister. It is a privilege to be asked, and maybe disrespectful to decline. If her sister wants you, and you want her sister (especially with your wife's approval), then do it - and make it the best experiences ever for her.
One of my brother's college friends asked him if he would take his sister's virginity. Since his friend's sister wanted to start having sex (20 years old) but didn't have a boyfriend, and my brother was the only guy his friend trusted to not hurt her... then he asked him... and, yes, my brother did it. They continued for 3 months or so, until she met a boyfriend... all with his friend's blessing.
So, it's possible for there to be a mutual agreement with sexual relationships with everyone involved. If I were asked, then I definitely would. Be thankful you were asked, and Good luck.
