I would kill to be in your wife's situation right now... and to have a husband like you, even though I'm anti-marriage.
I guess it must be a bit of an unconventional set-up, but it's OK as long as all three of you are happy.
If one of you becomes unhappy at any point, though... SAY SOMETHING.
