I think we've got some mixed words happening. I think he is perceiving sexual fantasies as fetishes or exciting sexual acts and you might be too.

Women are no strangers to just enjoying their partner in that capacity. Some women fantasize about nothing more than a super hot makeout session and that might be it. Others have trouble doing things like dirty talk and things like that because they like to experience things with their partner as opposed to sitting around dreaming about it or they haven't ever done or spent time thinking about being adventurous between the sheets...or in the kitchen, or on the stairs...or that one time while you were bent over the back of his car and he just...ahem..excuse me, I got sidetracked.

The point is that not all women nor men spend their time fantasizing about sex. It's actually not extremely uncommon to find a girl that doesn't have dirty fantasies at all.
