Maybe she was too stoned to remember to use her social filter. (You know, when you want to say or do something but you hold it back because it's socially inappropriate.) So she was so high she let it slip, she really just wants to punch you in the face pretty freaking hard 6 times.
...Or maybe she hates being tickled. My bf can accidentally wap me in the arm because of how ticklish he is. Just an automatic response from the surprise tickle.
So yeah, I'd say it's believable but.. Still pretty lame.
