a: do you weigh yourself nude? Clothing can add/subtract quite a bit of weight.
b.: are you certain the scale measures exactly? Many have certain...tolerances and tend to jump a bit at certain weights.
c.: did you weigh yourself in the same state?
Think about it this way:
If you just ate, about 0.2 kg meat, 0.3kg of noodles(after cooking), and 0.3kg of vegetables, and you were drinking 0.8 litres of water(about 2 glasses), and also have a full bladder(another 0.5 liters for us girls) thats easily 2 kilos difference just from food an drink.(i am not going to ask if you took a dump before, but you get the basic idea-)
Also, yeah, you probably lost a bit of weight, then gained a bit. But nowhere near those extremes. See above reasons...
Is it normal that my weight varies by 6kg within a week? O__o

lol thanks xD and yeah I think there is something wrong with the scale. I guess realistically I probably gained about 3 or 4 kg then.
After I let my food digest, I dropped one or two kg haha so what you said makes sense to me at this point
