My thighs don't touch and I hate it. I'm average above the waist, but I still have chicken legs. 5"2, 120lbs, hispanic, eat what I want, don't work out. It's just genetics, different bodies have different places where fat is typically stored; mine goes to my stomach. I've always wanted a butt and normal thighs, seriously, I stick out from most latinas and it's not attractive. Yes, it is normal for thighs to touch, be proud of your curves, and trust me, thinner thighs aren't anything to write home about.
