Is it normal that my testicle feels the shape of a cashew with a lump?

Is it normal that my right testicle feels uncomfortable all the time, has a flat lump on it that I can see through the slightly translucent scrotum and it feels like a cashew? I believe it's been feeling like this for the last year or so, if it's cancer I hope it's not stage 2 or more..

      Yeah I am tomorrow, again. I saw a docter once and he said it was fine but I call bullshit.
