Maybe you should ask him what the deal is. Don't seem uninterested, but don't throw around false hints. If you don't like it, just ask him to stop. If you do like it... Don't go for it because he's married. But don't complain either, if that's actually the case.
If he's doing that it's technically illegal anyways, but we shouldn't get into that.
