He definitely is trying to get a feel for how far you will go......will you come back when you need money and sit on his lap and as he it continues he will say I will give you more if you.......I am sure as of now he goes rubs one off thinking about you as you tell him your thoughts, I did the same thing with my stepdaughter but never offered money,so it's up to you if you like the attention and maybe find him attractive and want him to show you a thing or to,if so set boundaries and tell him you are the one to decide how far you guys go
