To me it sounds like he is just being a very concerned and responsible parent. There are a lot of parents that don't even care when their teenage daughter gets pregnant, (unless MTV gets involved), I just think the spanking is a bit much, maybe taking away privileges and giving more jobs/chores would be a better solution.
p.s. If you enjoy the spankings, I would seriously look into going to the places I mentioned before, they can do things you would never think about in your wildest dreams.

There are clubs that would be able to help you, look in the phonebook, or ask at the sex clubs, they should be able to point you in the right direction.
