Is it normal that my speech is getting bad

Since around April, I have been noticing that whenever I speak to someone I end up repeating what I was saying. And as time is passing, I can repeat something until I get tired and leave the conversation.
I used to be very fast in my speech and I hardly made any mistakes when I spoke.

Is this normal?

Its so weird it gets worse before it gets better for me. The first few days I'll be obsessive about everything and replay conversations I had in my head. Like OCD type shit. Then a few days later it gets so exhausting it stops.

You might have some sort of a nervous disorder.

That is actually written as one of the reasons to call an ambulance (on their official page in my country) if it happens suddenly. You really should get it checked.
