This is compleatly normal but in most cultures frowned upon. However I have a few friends who grew up with nudest parents. There are large communities out there that are open then most to public nudity in a non-sextual sence. If your boys dont want to wear anything, then so be it. I see no problems really. However being naked around anyone who is not a family member may cause talk or discomfort for the other party, even if they say it dosn't. keep that in mind, just in case. Its good to let your kids grow in freedom, but other people count as much when it comes to social situations.
