It might be your skin drying out; cold weather sucks the water out of us. Try using some baby oil (it comes unscented if you don't like the original smell) right after you get out of a shower. If you use it while you're still in the shower, after you've washed, use a tub mat - otherwise you might slip and crack your noggin.
