My skin isn't very good...I have all these little VIPs on my arms legs and back and when I pick at them 'stuff' comes out but the thing is there is always a tiny little hair in the 'stuff' how the heck does this happen? These bumps aren't red or anything but it feels gross...how do I avoid them? IIN?

Salicylic acid body wash, like neutragena followed by a mild lotion like cetaphil. The hairs aren't IN your very important people, the very important people are forming in your clogged hair follicles.

VIP's? Sounds like ingrown hairs. Try scrubbing with a loofah and body wash everytime you shower, and always use lotion right after.
