I wouldnt report them because they could just end up in a worse enviroment. Smoking pot with your underage kids may not be the best influence but it could be way worse. I had a couple friends when I was around that age who would smoke crack with their moms. Both of those people ended up being very addicted to hard drugs at an early age. Better pot than crack.
