What a racist! I used to be concerned about my dog, it seemed that most of the time he would bark at african people. I eventually realised that he'll bark at anyone and everything:P
This really reminds me of the King of the Hill episode where they had a African repairman and Ladybird would violently come at him. So they accused her of being a racist. I can't remember what the ending was, but you need to the bottom of your rooster. Did he have previous owner that was a racist? Was he injured by a African and as a result he thinks all Africans are bad? Try talking to him.
The ending was that he had disdain towards the black guy, but not because he was black, it's because he was a repair man and Hank did not like repair men touching his stuff and the dog was getting the bad vibes from him and reacting to it. He then discovered that his anxiety is because he hates repair men, and so he went to the guy's house with Ladybird, apologized, told him what was up, and Ladybird was cool with the guy because the guy was just a regular guy in that situation, and not a repair man (not in uniform). I believe that this guy later came to work for Strickland Propane but I can't remember.
