Is it normal that my right leg shakes ??

Everytime I get nervous .. Especially when I'm about to see my beloved one.. My right leg shakes.. I keep trying to stop it but I can't .. The problem that the shake is obvious and it embarrasses me.. So Is it normal??

    Thanks I just looked it up .. I didn't know it was a syndrome .. I think I'll have to try my vest to control it.. :(
