Is it normal that my puppy doesn't like me?

My puppy does not like me she usually growls at me is that normal?! The only time she licks me and is happy to see me is when I come home from school. She is always following my mom and when I go near my mom she growls at me.

    Sounds like your puppy has bonded to your mother. Who feeds the her? You need to be the one to feed her in the morning before school and in the afternoon when you get back. Also take her for walks on the leash.

    It's your scent. Control your emotions, dogs smell emotions. Be warmer. More nurturing.
    Do you enjoy school? Your puppy probably smells the positivity on you.
