Is it normal that my pinky toe can do this?

I can legibly write with both of my feet, so I think you're ok.

I can raise my fourth toe on both feet. If only I could do the same thing with my third.

The pinky is useless it can't do anything.

i can do this with two toes on either side of my feet but i can move them really weirdly :S

My bestfriend has really long toes, she can actually write with them! So I'd say you're pretty normal.
