  • Keep your hair out of your face. Dont touch your face. Dont sleep face or cheek down on pillows. Wash and moisturize your skin more then once a day. Shower and moisturize 3 times a day. Stop eating.processed or fast foods. Go all freshly cut greens veggies and fruits. Work out and drink at least a gallon of water a day. If you do vitamins make sure your not allergic to ingredients it maybe causing your problems. I have flawless skin all my life. This is how i was raised. Also this is what i supply to my clients. Chemicals not required. Best of Luck
