Is it normal that my pimple has a pulse? I think it is, but this is the first time I have ever discovered this! O.O

Pimples don't have pulses.

If it's in an area where there is an artery/major blood vessel, it could be your blood pumping through that artery making it look like the pimple is pulsating?

  Bot fly larvae doesn't appear as a bump, but as a hole. I've seen so many bot fly extraction videos on youtube, I know this. lol

The last time I checked, pimples didn't pulsate. You may want to get that checked out...
