Ouch :/. I've never blacked out due to the pain but I used to have bad cramps. The first two days were pretty bad and then they'd get better the third day. The fourth day it would be gone and then spontaneously come back so it's last the full seven days.
Then I had my son and got on the pill. The pill does have it's side effects, but my period is roughly 3 days long now. Minimal cramping and.................bleeding. Lol, I'm sure the guys that read this are gunna think this is gross. Oh well :}
