i feel you. as IC1988 said, the pill helps. a lot. But in the beginning i still try and stay at home to the point of shopping groceries&stuff beforehand so i don't have to leave my flat- luckily my cycle is pretty reliable.
Is it normal that my period cramps hurt me so much?
