Is it normal that my penis is half tan and half white?

I noticed this when I was about 12 years old, and when I am not erect, only the part that is tan shows, and when I am erect, one half is tan, and the other half is white, the half closest to my body is white, and the other part is tan, then there is the head. Is this normal?

    Are you circumcised? It might be because of that.

    Mine is the same way and I recently found out it was from circumcision. My girlfriend thinks it's odd though.
