When you are being turned on, there is basically a valve that shuts off your urinary stuff, making it very difficult if not impossible to pee. But if you just have a boner and aren't being turned on, then it will flow out with ease, you just have to worry about aiming it.

It's damn near impossible. Also, any urge to go to the bathroom seems to go away anyways.
