Is it normal that my partner dont kiss me?

To be frank i am a women who would like it very slow with full of cuddles and kisses.. but what he does is shhot and sleep! I never get aroused enough with him and sometimes it even pains if i dont use saliva as a lubricating factor..Is it normal?
