This is obviously not normal. It sounds like there's some resentment going on here. It's not technically any of your business, unless they're taking it out on you, then by-golly it BECOMES your business.
(If you're over 18...) Let them know what's on your mind, and don't bother trying to be nice about it. Tell them you are sick of the bickering and the petty arguing and that they need to get it together. Be HONEST with them, they might not appreciate it at first (because honesty is painful) but they will, I'm sure of it.
