What @peek-a-boo930 said is so true. To get your parents to realise you're sensible and growing up, all you gotta do is prove to them that you can behave good around guys. Your parents are just scared, I know because my dad was like yours. He's scared of his little girl growing up, he's been through teen stage so he knows how a young guy's mind can work and maybe that's why he's scared. But I'd suggest you sit him down, seeing as he seems more concern and just talk to him lightly about it. Maybe ask him why he's so strict about boys, tell him what you really want from a guy and go from there. Hope it works out! :)
Is it normal that my parents are really strict when it comes to boys?
