    Maybe you need some nasal spray like Nasanex...

      Medication like Allegra just makes my nose really runny and I don't feel like spraying my nose forever.

      It's like even when I blow my nose I still can't take deep breaths. There's something behind all of that but I dunno what it is.

        see a doctor they may take your adenoids out. I have the same problem, I only ever breathe through my mouth
