Hey man, I have the same thing happen to me. It seems to be a little better recently though. Anyways, I did a little research a found out that it is most likely a deviated septum. This is when there is broken cartilage in your nose blocking your airways. Its hard to say how it happens, but it is most likely from an old injury. You can have a pretty routine surgery where the doctor will go in and cut and dig the cartilage out.
