Like the title says, no matter what time of year it is my nose is so backed-up that I just breath through my mouth which sucks because it makes my lips really chappy. Plus I don't feel sick of anything except for my nose. wtf?
I had the same problem, until I found lilac oil at the swap meet and it works like a charm. Try it.
It could be a deviated septum, perrennial rhinitis or a problem with your sinuses of some kind.
I would highly reccomend a sinus rinse with a NetiPot/equivalent.
Hey i had the same problem. I went to the doctor and he said i had "nose polyps". nose polyps are like little noncancerous growths in your nose that clogg up your nose that wont let you breath. Hope this helps. by they way , i went to a doctor and he gave me some drugs witch included steroids but they didnt work and i think they messed up my nerves so I would stay away from them. I did find a natural that could work that im in the middle of doing.

Don't use nasal spray. It actually causes a dependence and makes the problem worse. Go see a doc!
Hey man, I have the same thing happen to me. It seems to be a little better recently though. Anyways, I did a little research a found out that it is most likely a deviated septum. This is when there is broken cartilage in your nose blocking your airways. Its hard to say how it happens, but it is most likely from an old injury. You can have a pretty routine surgery where the doctor will go in and cut and dig the cartilage out.
