Is it normal that my nipples sweat?

I sweat a lot when I exercise. In the past year, I've noticed that I seem to be sweating from my nipples as there are wet spots there after I work out. This is sooooooo embarrassing. I even tried putting antiperspirant on my nipples/areolas, but that didn't work. Any suggestions?

    Use the stick on "pasties" that they have nowadays. That should cut down on the moisture and "peek-a-boos" and yes, it's normal, us girls can sweat almost anywhere on our bodies.
