Is it normal that my nipples hurt when touched?

I'm a girl and they feel really sore if anything bumps into or touches them. Every time it happens it hurts.... so is it normal??

    Only normal if it is certain times, if it is all the time seek a doctor for advice

    All the time or is this new? Cuz ultra-sensitive nips can be an early sign of pregnancy....
