    If you want you could get some kind of restraining order against him or install a tall fence or get a vicious guard dog. Unfortunately, ignoring him hasn't been working and he seems very off. Perhaps, he carrying on this way because he wants to have a BDSM threesome with you and your wife!

      I think the old neighbors and the couple next door had some weird relationship..hard to get a 500 ft restraining order against yer neighbor.
