Try a strengthening polish.Try Eating more calcium. If a else fails try doing a silk or fiberglass wrap ( go to a nail salon for that). You can also do acrylic overlays or acrylic nails, but the downside to acrylic is that it doesn't allow ur nails to breathe and with time can weaken ur natural nail and thin them out and it can get expensive. If u don't like any of these options try to keep ur nails as short without having much of a free edge. Try applying a thin layer if clear or strengthening polish at end of polishing each nail go across the tip from one side to the other. Also when you file ur nails use an emery board not a file for acrylic , they can be too abbrasive and rough on ur nails. When u file, file from corner to center. Don't file straight across because ur nails grow in layers and that can weaken and tear them up. Never ever file back and forth in a sawing motion. Hope this is helpfull!
