Did your brother do anything that might have hurt her deeply? if he did, then probably she's angry and still hurt and wants to hurt all of you back by not letting you guys see her daughter. Idk, this happened to someone I know. Of course, this isn't fair. Tell her that you and your family have every right to see her daughter.
