You're 19. Why do you need to talk to your mom about sex? She probably doesn't want to hear about your sexcapades anymore than you want to hear about hers.
If you do have to, just be blunt about it. There's no way she doesn't know you're out bumping uglies, she probably just doesn't want to talk about it.
