My grandfather disowned my mother after finding out she had sex. He was a very strange man, apparently. He was insanely attractive, ladies man, had sex a lot (relevant because he didn't seem to mind the idea of other women having sex), but when my mother had sex, she came in home and he said "careful with the dog, you might catch something" (Yes, he said that).
He used to praise her and adore her as his little princess, then since he found out she had sex, he hasn't even talked to her or seen her since.
