  • so how does everyone cope? medication? I've just begun going to a therapist and think that may be the right option for me but would love be able to do it on my own.

    • Therapists help. Also a lot of exercise. On off days I go workout.. working out releases endorphines which stimulates a happy, accomplished feeling.
