Since you are over the age of being a minor and you feel comfortable with your mother shaving you, I don't see why not. Nor if it was your father you asked to shave you. If things went further then I would think you have a problem. You gave no indication that things went any further so I will take it at face value.
I've read other forums including well known psychological forums where mothers confess they want to see their son's penis and the shrinks--their credentials are posted on top of the page-- said it was normal but it was inadvisable. However as I've said, if you feel comfortable with her shaving you, after all she changed your diapers and dressed and bathed you--dad too--and it doesn't go further. I say its perfectly fine.
