    I think you misinterpreted me:/

    It seems to be a custom among older people from the deep south....
    Just because she's from the south or her mother is southern doesn't mean that she's a pervert. She said that her mother was mentally ill so, this could have also contributed.

    Your "feeling sorry for me" is it in a negative light because of your misinterpretation or is it in a more positive feeling? A "positive feeling" because you truly feel sorry for the traumatic experiences in my life?

      Yes the older people are different and it may be some kind of nasty culture. Plus I am a totally different generation from that.
