Is it normal that my mom get mad at me for asking simple questions

So my brother and I "share" a computer. He's on it all the time and whenever I ask him to get off he just gets mad at me and says "you had your chance." then I get mad and my mom comes in and takes away all of my devices, threatens to pack up the computer ( we are moving).

Is It Normal?

    Nope, my mom does this exact same thing to me and my siblings. It got to a point where me and my brother have estranged ourselves from her as to keep her from taking our personal belongings. Address this situation with her before any larger problems take place.
