As a male teacher with female students of my own I can tell you that everything except the touching part is normal. If the verbal flirting continues though, each time slowly takes it out of the normal realm.

How old is a freshman? Don't do anything, because it won't mean much to you, but it's his whole career that could be ruined., :(
