sounds like you got a very strong dose and were in a not so good setting. this led you into what sounds like a horrific trip where you completely questioned reality and had a life changing experience which at first was positive event, but then when your friends tried to get you to get into the car you freaked out. I'm glad your ok now, i think that you were saying how you wanted to go home and back to a normal life meaning that you wanted to get away from being so entrenched in the drug scene
