When I'm just about to fall asleep my leg jerks to the side or forward IIN?!

Is It Normal?

    Mine does that too! I have no idea why though \: but usually it's when I'm paranoid or too hot under the blankets or I'm up really late but I can't sleep even though I should...

    Yea I and my fingers twich too. But this only happens if I wake up and am trying to go back to sleep. not first at night

    Sometimes I CRT b musket jerking like I'm in a dream right before I go to sleep and it's sorta weird but I almost always forget about it
