I personally do not agree with any of the above comments. She's only 17 and in high school still. What's the big deal? He does her laundry and picks up after her a little. You didn't mention if he treated your children the same way as well. I think that would make a difference to me. But I don't know that answer. Also what kind of child is she? A good student or bad one? She won't get to enjoy the luxuries of being young for much longer, then comes the long haul of responsibilities so let her enjoy it. It sounds as if you might be slightly pushed out of shape by the attention he gives her. Plus will it cause I'll feelings between you and your husband if you make a big deal out of what I would say is nothing.
